class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Casa do Mun\u00edcipe de Patim entrou em funcionamento, em janeiro de 2022 para servir popula\u00e7\u00e3o da zona sul.<\/p><p>Ao presidir o acto da abertura da Casa do Mun\u00edcipe, que surgiu da transforma\u00e7\u00e3o da delega\u00e7\u00e3o municipal de modo a prestar um conjunto de servi\u00e7os camar\u00e1rios e de outras institui\u00e7\u00f5es, o presidente da c\u00e2mara de S\u00e3o Filipe, Nu\u00edas Silva, disse que o acto marca aquilo que \u00e9 o desenvolvimento que se quer para o munic\u00edpio.<\/p><p>\u201cPatim foi elevado \u00e0 categoria de vila h\u00e1 alguns anos, mas n\u00e3o tinha os servi\u00e7os que uma vila requer\u201d, referiu o edil, lembrando que uma das principais responsabilidades das autoridades administrativas e locais \u00e9 dialogar com institui\u00e7\u00f5es governamentais para desconcentrar e descentralizar servi\u00e7os para outros espa\u00e7os territoriais.<\/p><p>A ideia com o conceito da Casa do mun\u00edcipe, segundo Nu\u00edas Silva, \u00e9 congregar no \u00fanico espa\u00e7o os servi\u00e7os administrativos que s\u00e3o prestados, tradicionalmente, em espa\u00e7os diferentes, para permitir levar servi\u00e7os mais pr\u00f3ximos dos mun\u00edcipes, reduzindo o tempo e poupando recursos nas desloca\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>A implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de Pol\u00edticas de Descentraliza\u00e7\u00e3o da nova edilidade, visa a desconcentra\u00e7\u00e3o do poder central para as localidades, aproximando a C\u00e2mara Municipal das popula\u00e7\u00f5es, prestando-lhes os mesmos servi\u00e7os que encontrariam na Cidade, evitando deste modo, despesas para os Cidad\u00e3os que demandam diversos servi\u00e7os, aumentando a efici\u00eancia e a efic\u00e1cia dos procedimentos administrativos.\u00a0<\/p><p>A Casa do Mun\u00edcipe de Patim disponibiliza Servi\u00e7os da CMSF, da Licenciando em Ci\u00eancias da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, exerceu fun\u00e7\u00f5es como professor do Ensino B\u00e1sico entre 2006 e 2025, nas escolas de Ro\u00e7adas, Curral Och\u00f4 e Monte Grande. \u00c9 dirigente do Escutismo Cat\u00f3lico Cabo-verdiano desde 2005 e Presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Unidos para o Desenvolvimento de Curral Och\u00f4 (AUDC) desde 2017.<\/p><p data-start=\"429\" data-end=\"630\">Possui diversas forma\u00e7\u00f5es nas \u00e1reas da educa\u00e7\u00e3o, inform\u00e1tica, atendimento ao p\u00fablico, igualdade de g\u00e9nero, associativismo, gest\u00e3o de projetos, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o rural, mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas e preven\u00e7\u00e3o da VBG.<\/p><p data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"790\">No percurso pol\u00edtico, foi candidato a deputado em 2016 e 2020, tendo sido eleito Deputado Municipal pelo PAICV em S\u00e3o Filipe nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es aut\u00e1rquicas de
