Sullivan.<\/div>\r\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\r\n<div dir=\"auto\">Este protocolo visa refor\u00e7ar os la\u00e7os de amizade e coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre as duas cidades irm\u00e3s, nos mais diversos aspectos como promover e incentivar interc\u00e2mbios que possam beneficiar os cidad\u00e3os de ambas as cidades, apoiar e promover o desenvolvimento de novos programas sociais, econ\u00f3micos, acad\u00e9micos e comunit\u00e1rios, visando o melhoramento do funcionamento dos diversos \u00f3rg\u00e3os
