Na cidade de S\u00e3o Filipe o ato ocorreu no Sal\u00e3o Nobre da Assembleia Municipal; Nas zonas centro do munic\u00edpio, o ato ocorreu na sede da associa\u00e7\u00e3o comunit\u00e1ria de Inhuco e
